The Representative to the Archdeaconry serves as the official link between St. John's Church, Entebbe and the wider Archdeaconry and Diocese. The office strengthens communication, collaboration, and partnership by ensuring that the parish actively participates in diocesan programmes, meetings, and the shared mission of the Anglican Church.

The Representative attends Archdeaconry meetings, communicates important information to the parish, represents the interests of St. John's Church, and supports the implementation of diocesan policies, programmes, and initiatives. The office also promotes unity among neighbouring parishes while encouraging cooperation in ministry, evangelism, leadership development, and community outreach.

Working closely with the Vicar, Parish Church Council, and church leadership, the Representative helps ensure that St. John's Church remains actively engaged in the life and mission of the Diocese while contributing its gifts, experience, and resources to the wider Anglican family.

As part of the Namirembe Diocese, St. John's Church values its partnership with the Archdeaconry and remains committed to building strong relationships that advance the Gospel and strengthen the Church across Uganda.
