The Naomi Ministry is a compassionate fellowship dedicated to supporting widows through spiritual encouragement, Christian fellowship, practical care, and emotional support. Named after the biblical example of Naomi, the ministry seeks to walk alongside widows as they continue to grow in faith while navigating life's unique challenges with hope and dignity.

The ministry provides opportunities for Bible study, prayer, counselling, fellowship gatherings, home visitation, mentorship, and community support. Members encourage one another through shared experiences while strengthening their relationship with God and remaining actively involved in the life and ministry of the Church.

The Naomi Ministry also works with other departments to identify opportunities where widows can use their gifts, talents, wisdom, and experience to mentor younger generations and contribute meaningfully to parish life.

At St. John's Church, the Naomi Ministry affirms that every widow remains a valued member of God's family and continues to play an important role in building a strong, caring, and Christ-centred church community.
