Diversity is one of the most beautiful aspects of our church community, and one of the most vibrant expressions of this diversity is our beloved Lugbara community. Nestled in the heart of St. John's Parish Church, the Lugbara community represents the rich culture, faith, and fellowship of the people of Arua District in the Northwestern part of Uganda.Our Lugbara Service
Every Sunday at 3 PM, our Lugbara community gathers for a special service conducted entirely in the Lugbara language. This service is a cherished time when we come together to worship, learn, and connect in our native tongue.
Activities for All Ages
We believe in the value of inclusivity and provide activities for all age groups within our community:
Mothers: Our mothers engage in activities that strengthen their faith, nurture their families, and foster connections with other women.
Fathers: Our fathers gather to support each other in their spiritual journeys, families, and roles as leaders in the community.
